OxCord products come with a standard 30-day return policy. To get started, please email ​support@oxcord.co​. Include your order number and reason for the return. Please note, all returns are subject to a shipping fee. 

Despite the current situation we still offer nationwide 2 day shipping! All orders are delivered in 3-8 days if the free shipping method is chosen at checkout! Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking information and get shipping and delivery updates on your order!
